We’re excited to introduce Anthony Pye, Head of Operations, who joined our team in June 2024. Over the past nine months, Anthony has brought a wealth of experience and strong leadership to our team.

Anthony possesses extensive knowledge of MRP systems and a sound understanding of logistics and planning processes. His international experience includes working and living in Japan as a Production Control Manager. Anthony is highly customer-focused and dedicated to meeting business requirements. He has over 29 years’ experience within electronics, aerospace and project management, where he honed his expertise in managing operations and driving efficiency.

Anthony joined Baldwin and Francis in 2024 as Head of Operations, he is a key member of the senior management team. He is responsible for production and assembly, project management, procurement, stores and logistics, and quality. Anthony ensures that all contracts are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality standards. He also manages and develops the operations team to meet the overall objectives of the company.

Anthony is focused on mentoring and supporting our team. His dedication to delivering top-quality products and ensuring 100% on-time delivery (OTD) for our customers has been truly impressive.
