Withstands the most arduous impulse level (BIL/kVp) to IEC62271-200
- Extensive use of double insulation to give a high degree of fault prevention
- Metalclad construction with segregated compartments and earthed steel barriers
- Separate busbar, starter, current transformer/earthing switch and mains cable glanding compartments
- Full isolation is achieved and circuit earth applied (when required) prior to opening the door
- Substantial safety interlocking
